Zoe Temmerman has over 20 years of recruiting experience, 18 of those working with clients in managed healthcare.   She was born in Australia but grew up in England before moving to Munich, Melbourne and finally to Ohio.  Zoe decided to start Avalon Executive Search with her partners in 2010 – it was one of the best decisions of her life.

She loves working closely with her clients (some that she has worked with for over 17 years!) and using her 18 years of experience in managed healthcare understand the position and connect with the hiring manager to find a candidate that will make an impact.

Aliceson Straley has over 14 years of healthcare recruitment.  She took a leap of faith to leave her career in Architecture and dive into recruitment.  She enjoys the challenge of building ideas, working creatively with candidates, and searching for solutions to problems. Her love of the search leads her to seek the ideal candidate to help solve her client’s hiring challenges.  As a child, Aliceson always wanted to own her own business and was fortunate enough to meet great business partners to help turn her dream into a reality.  She hasn’t looked back and loves her daily “down the rabbit hole” searches at Avalon.

Amanda Willenberg has over 18 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare space. She and her partners founded Avalon Executive Search in 2010 with the idea that they could provide impeccable service while creating a truly team focused environment. She has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of Missouri and a Masters from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Amanda has a passion for exceptional client service and a focus on the details of what makes a great hire for both candidate and client. She has helped hundreds of clients find great matches in both skill as well as fit, with so much more to come.

Jodie Temmerman has 11 years of recruiting experience, predominantly focused on executive search within the Managed Healthcare space. Since joining the Avalon team at the end 2010 as a consultant, Jodie has consistently demonstrated that she is a determined recruiting partner and true networking wizard leaving no stone unturned to provide unparalleled results for the candidates and clients Avalon partners with. 

 As a candidate experience focused recruiter, she prides herself on providing a transparent recruitment journey, introducing her network to life changing opportunities and facilitating successful new partnerships between her candidates and clients.
